What features does your service provide? Can I request that you add a feature? How can I delete a page, episode, series, site or my account? Can I use my own domain name for my comics and stories? Can I sell subscriptions and merchandise related to my comics and stories? How will I know when you've added new features? What type of images can I upload and what size and resolution should they be? What features does your service provide? Our service hosts files for online stories and comics. For more details, please see our features section. How many comics can I upload? Currently there is no limit to how many comics you can upload. How much does it cost? It is free to sign up for a My Dreamco Creator account. We are in the process of developing Premium Accounts with additional features which will cost $9.95/month. Can I request that you add a feature? Yes. We don't have time to add every feature that everyone wants but we will add the ones that are the most requested and useful. How can I delete a page, episode, series, site or my account? To delete your Account: please e-mail us and we will remove all your account information. To delete a Site: first, login to your account. If you are already in your account, check to see if you are on the "My Content" page (the title is at the top of the page). If you are not on this page, click on the "My Content" link at the top of whatever page you are on to get to this page. Now click on the name of the Site you want to delete under "My Sites." On the "Managing Site" page that comes up, click on the "Show Site Options" link at the top of the page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the checkbox that says "Confirm Site Removal." Then click the "Remove Site" button on the right side of the page. The Site is now deleted along with any series, episodes and pages contained within it. To delete a Series: first, login to your account. If you are already in your account, check to see if you are on the "My Content" page (the title is at the top of the page). If you are not on this page, click on the "My Content" link at the top of whatever page you are on to get to this page. Now click on the name of the Series you want to delete under "My Series." On the "Editing (Your Series Name)" page that comes up, click on the "Show Series Options" link at the top of the page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the checkbox that says "Confirm Series Removal." Then click the "Remove Series" button on the right side of the page. The Series is now deleted along with any episodes and pages contained within it. To delete an Episode: first, login to your account. On "Editing Episode" page that comes up, click on the link that says "Show Episode Options" at the top of the page. Now scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the checkbox that says "Confirm Episode Removal." Then click the "Remove Episode " button on the right side of the page. The Episode is now deleted along with any pages contained within it. To delete a Page: first, login to your account. If you are already in your account, check to see if you are on the "My Content" page (the title is at the top of the page). If you are not on this page, click on the "My Content" link at the top of whatever page you are on to get to this page. Now click on the name of the Series that contains the episode with the page you want to delete under "My Series." On the "Editing (Your Series Name)" page that comes up, click on the name of the episode that contains the page you want to delete. On "Editing Episode" page that comes up, click on the checkbox next to the page you want to delete and then click the "Remove Selected" button at the bottom of the page. The page is now deleted. You can delete multiple pages by clicking on multiple checkboxes and then clicking on the "Remove Selected" button. What is a Promo Banner and how does it work? A Promo Banner is a 200px by 76px jpeg image that will be displayed on your main Site along with the title of your series. It will also come up when people search for you on the site and it will be used to advertise your site on this and other web pages we own. The Promo Banner is set by default to be a transparent image. Once you upload a Promo Banner, it will replace this image. You may delete a Promo Banner by going to the "My Content" page, clicking on the series that contains the banner, then clicking on the "Show Series Options" link at the top of the page that comes up and then scrolling down and clicking on the "delete" checkbox to the right of the "Browse" button on the Promo line. Can I use my own domain name for my comics and stories? Currently webcomics and stories reside in a directory of Comics.dreamco.com. However, your domain name can be "redirected" to point to your directory on our site, so when a user types in your domain name it will take them to your comics on our site. Please contact us if you would like more information about this topic. Do you provide support? Yes. Feel free to e-mail us at anytime and we accept phone calls Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.(Mountain Time) at 520.623-2702. We do not provide phone support on holidays or weekends. Where can I find help online? We will be listing all new questions and answers in our Support Forum. Can I sell subscriptions and merchandise related to my comics and stories? We are setting up an agreement with PayPal which will allow you to sell your products and services. You will need a Verified Account with PayPal. Please go to their website to set one up and look for updates from us as to when it will be available. How will I know when you've added new features? Please sign up to receive our newsletter so we can keep you informed of all updates. What type of images can I upload and what size and resolution should they be? You can upload both GIF (.gif) and JPEG (.jpg) images. Images should be no wider than 760 pixels and you can set the height to be whatever you want (but don't make them too tall or they will take a long time to download).Your images should be 72 ppi (pixels per inch) resolution (which is the Internet standard). Header and footer images should be 760 pixels wide by whatever height you desire (100 pixels high is a good starting point).
