Users and File Size

Dreamco Media, Incorporated allows users to sign up for a free account and store their webcomics and stories on our servers. Free accounts may be subject to file size limitations at our discretion. Premium accounts are not subject to file size limits. Users may be banned from our service and their accounts closed for violations of our terms of service.

Banned Material

This comic hosting service is for all ages so pornographic material (in any format) and offensive language are not allowed. If your material is deemed to be inappropriate for this site it will be removed with or without notice.

Copyrights

All copyrights for original work remain with the artists and writers who store their work on our servers. Copyright violation, such as using images or text that are owned by others, is strictly forbidden. Material that violates copyright laws will be removed with or without notice.

Fair Use

Copyright law allows for the "fair use" of certain images and text from other artists and writers. Please look into the laws governing fair use before using it as a justification for putting another person's material on your site. Material that violates copyright laws will be removed with or without notice.

We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any time with or without notice.

Data Sharing

We respect our visitors' privacy and will never share their personal information with any other individuals or organizations.

Illegal Activity and Spamming

No illegal activity is allowed on this web site and no illegal material may be stored on our servers. In addition, our servers may not be used to send or receive spam. Violators of our policies will be banned from our servers.

Account Inactivity

If an account is inactive for an extended period of time (as determined by our technicians) it may be terminated and all material will be removed. Users will first be notified before this occurs and will be given ample time to remove any work they would like to keep.

Disclaimer

Dreamco Media, Incorporated cannot be held liable for material stored on our servers that is in violation of copyright law. If a user is found to be violating copyright law, they will be asked to remove the violating content. If they do not remove the content in a reasonable timeframe, it will be removed for them and they may be banned from our service. Any material hosted on our servers is the responsibility of the users who created it, not Dreamco Media, Incorporated, and they will be held liable for any penalties associated with illegal activity.
